How it works

From requirements to a useful result.

  1. Check requirements
  2. Choose a package
  3. Import into n8n
  4. Connect accounts
  5. Preview and test
  6. Enable the schedule

Setup starts with a request and a compatibility check. Scope and pricing are agreed before work starts.

Before you begin

Compatibility and running costs.

A workflow package is not a hosted service. You need your own compatible n8n environment, WooCommerce REST API access and the required email or Google account.

Installation and third-party costs are separate. Test runs, retries and API pagination may add usage.

FAQ

A few practical questions.

Is this a WordPress plugin?

The packages are imported into your own n8n environment. They are not uploaded through WordPress Plugins. WooCommerce is the connected store.

Do I need my own n8n environment?

Yes. The verified local profile uses a single self-hosted n8n process with serialized production runs. n8n Cloud and multiple workers are not verified. Runtime setup and third-party costs are separate from a package.

Will a workflow change my orders or stock?

The four v1 scenarios read WooCommerce. The Sheets scenario additionally writes selected fields to your chosen Google Sheet. They do not change store statuses, stock, prices or refunds.

Is installation included?

Package licensing and installation are separate. Setup starts with a compatibility discussion covering your existing runtime, store profile and desired output.

Are the results instant?

No. The proposed schedules are daily, every two hours or hourly. Runtime, pagination and service availability affect when output is produced.

Can I buy a package now?

This site is a catalog with setup requests. Online purchases are not offered. Browse the requirements and examples, then request a compatibility check to agree the scope and price before work starts.
